Okay so Rob and I got to thinking that the route we usually run around Nightcliff would make an excellent time trial track. Every week we're going to try and get faster and faster over the 7.29km stretch. A little way to benchmark our fitness. I'll create a page shortly with our times and add to them each week this week it was 1:10:21. the last time it was about an hour and a half. Our goal is to finish this in 40 mins which I believe is something that is completely achievable.
