So this morning I ran and strangely enough I didn't feel fatigued at all, sometime after lunch during work today Rob sent me an email asking if I was up for another outdoor adventure. Naturally I accepted. I can really see the improvements from a month ago where I would have struggled trying to complete this whole circuit in under an hour and a half
Now it's much easier and as we shave minutes off the time, I think we might have to invest in some weighted vests to increase the intensity of our workouts.
Tomorrow morning is an early start, and I think I'm gonna try the circuit I did this morning in the afternoon and see if I can get better results :D
