6th July 2013 - Nightcliff Loop 54:16 - The 1hr mark has been broken!

After yesterday's stair day I woke up this morning and thought "I need to run" so I headed out to Nightcliff and gave it my best.


Finally I managed to crack the 1 hour mark and though I know I can push a lot harder, it's definitely some thing that I can push for.
