23rd August 2013 - East Point Friday


This afternoon I decided to start off this weekend of fitness with a run around East Point. Tomorrow I'll be up early to log a couple of kilometers and hopefully will be getting into the gym after a long hiatus. I'm hoping that by the end of the weekend I will have either reached my 80kg weight goal or will have come within a hairs breadth of it.
